1. 3-Day Trial + Delayed One-Time Charge
- When you start your 3-day trial, we may collect and store your payment method, but we do not charge you immediately.
- If you cancel before the trial ends, the automatic one-time charge will not be processed.
- If you keep the plan until the trial ends, we process the one-time lifetime access payment using the saved card on file.
2. Refunds After Charge
- You may request a refund only within the 3-day policy window shown on your account if a charge has already been processed during the trial period workflow.
- After the policy window ends, payments are non-refundable except where required by law or for a verifiable technical failure we cannot resolve.
3. Cancellation of Trial or Account
To cancel before billing, use the dashboard cancellation option or contact us at support@lifetimepdf.com with the following information:
- Your full name
- Email address used for purchase
- Order confirmation number or receipt
